Adaptive Use Musical Instrument (AUMI)

AUMI is software that tracks movement to trigger pre-recorded sounds. It was created by composer Pauline Oliveros and occupational therapist and drummer Leaf Miller and continues to develop with input from users. It was initially created for users with limited mobility to improvise in a group setting, and is being used in a growing number of performance styles and venues.
